We are looking for an Assistant in Nursing to care for a physically disabled young woman in her Randwick home. The successful applicant will join a small team that provides 24-hour care to the client, who suffers from chronic pain and lack of mobility. The role focuses on a mixture of personal care, pain management, and administrative work.

**Duties will include**:

- Personal care (bathing, dressing, continence-management)
- Medication monitoring and administration
- Household chores (cleaning, laundry, cooking)

**Requirements**:

- Experienced/trained in assisting with personal hygiene;
- Mid-level administrative skills and familiarity with MS Office;
- Attention to detail, esp. in maintaining household hygiene and food safety
- Current police check (or willing to obtain)
- NDIS screen completed (or willing to obtain)
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination - including booster (3 doses)

**Hours of work**:

- 7 - 8 -hour shifts 7am-2pm, 2pm-9pm. Sleepover shift 9pm to 7am.
- It would be highly desirable, but not required, if you could work close to full-time

**Benefits**:

- We offer wages of at least $35/hour, higher than the industry standard of $27/hour.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
