**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Supporting RNs and Midwives in delivering safe, person-centred care
- Assisting patients with mobility, hygiene, meals, and daily tasks
- Helping maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Communicating with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Adapting to new hospital settings and patient needs with confidence

**What You’ll Need**:

- Experience working as an AIN in a hospital setting
- Either:

- Currently studying a **Bachelor of Nursing (2nd year or above)**:

- OR hold a **Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (or equivalent)**:

- National Police Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and teamwork
- Flexibility and confidence in a variety of hospital environments
