The Personal Banker 2 is the first point of contact for branch customers, responsible for delivering exceptional service while deepening relationships. **What you will be doing**
- Support the branch team to achieve personal lending, service, and operational outcomes
- Manage member enquiries and provide tailored information on Qudos products and services
- Handle complex member needs, cash transactions, and account maintenance
- Support members with digital banking and escalate queries or complaints as needed
- Actively cross-sell products and make outbound calls to new and prospective members
- Record sales activity in Prosper and follow up on future opportunities and referrals
- Achieve set KPIs and contribute to team presentation and service standards
- Participate in service training, including FX and insurance
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and statutory requirements
- Promote a safe work environment and report WHS incidents promptly
- Constructively challenge and escalate concerns through appropriate channels
- Perform additional duties as directed by Qudos Bank Management.
