As an Accounts Payable Officer at Beaumont Tiles, your role will be to provide extensive support to the National Finance team. You will liaise with our customers, suppliers and our staff across all facets of the company and provide timely and accurate service to the business.

You will be required to look after the general processing of invoices, reconciliations, and general ledger management in an extremely fast paced work environment. You will have the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and also provide administrative support to the broader team on an ad-hoc basis.

Who are you? You’re a high performing, professional individual who can get on with the job with mínimal supervision. Having a few years of professional industry experience behind you, you’re a confident communicator with the ability to remain calm under pressure. You follow plans, focus on outcomes and are meticulous with deadlines.

Ideally, you will be passionate for continual business improvement and work cohesively with the entire Finance team. This is an outstanding opportunity to develop your career with the largest tile importer in Australia.

To be considered for this role you will need the following attributes:

- Experience in a high volume AP role
- Exceptionally tech savvy with an eye for detail
- Motivation and initiative to succeed and develop
- A genuine passion for driving business success
- Well-developed communication skills and a friendly demeanour
- Previous experience using Microsoft AX Dynamics software will be highly regarded
