We are looking for a Reporting Analyst to join our Property Management division, for a key client account. This role will be responsible for developing, producing and maintaining business performance reports, while delivering valuable insights to support the accounts operational success. You will work with a broad set of data sources, presenting information to senior leaders and key stakeholders through reporting, presentations and online dashboards.

**The Opportunity**
- Assist key leaders in delivering system reporting, monitoring KPI performance to ensure the achievement of business goals.
- Lead the design, development and implementation of PowerBI solutions
- Connect to data sources, import and transform data to enhance business performance
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to KPI benchmarks
- Build strong relationships across the business, integrating key streams and acting on leadership feedback.

**Your Background**
- Previous experience with PowerBI, Excel and other relevant reporting tools
- High level of interpersonal customer service skills to deliver a customer centric environment
- Excellent time management, written and verbal skills with a high level of attention to detail.
