The manufacturing manager will be responsible for leading and developing the manufacturing team to achieve best practice manufacturing operations. Deliver in-lining and productivity projects. This position will be suited to an experienced Manufacturing Manager looking for a change, with a desire to develop their leadership, management, project management, and process improvement capabilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Safety** **Leadership - **Provide visible leadership, provides analysis, planning, and delivery of projects to drive safety culture across manufacturing,
- **Product Availability - **Target zero out of stock lines (OOS), control and manage inventory to MRD levels.
- **Cost improvement - **Continual focus on cost reduction initiatives including and excluding capital spend
- **Project delivery - **Deliver in-lining and productivity project savings across manufacturing.
- **Manufacturing Reliability-** Measure and improve mean time to failure on all key manufacturing equipment.

**To be successful in this position you will have**:

- Proven experience in Manufacturing/ Operations leadership roles with a strong track record of results across all aspects of operations, including safety and project management.
- Ability to build & leverage influential relationships across functions/business to deliver results
- Strong commitment to building Safety and a higher performance culture.
- Knowledge of engineering design that's supported by practical mechanical engineering experience.
