**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Reliability Superintendent, this is an integral role in achieving long-term, measurable improvements in performance and efficiency focusing on reliability and maintenance strategy optimisation.

The role will be based at Mt Arthur Coal in the Hunter Valley NSW where you can enjoy the benefits of being home every night.

**You will help drive with the following responsibilities**:

- Monitoring and analysis of Earth Moving Equipment for reliability, costs to aid in the identification of the department’s priorities
- Identifying potential risks to the assets and the business
- Developing, optimizing and governing maintenance strategies, taking into consideration the full life cycle of the assets
- Provide technical support and recommendations based on findings from data analysis, testing and engagement with internal and external stakeholders including Original Equipment Manufacturers and maintainers

**About You**:
You will have a customer focus, are logical and analytical in your mind-set with a passion for problem solving and continuous improvement. The ability to work collaboratively with team members and other stakeholders to deliver outcomes and achieve organizational objectives.

**To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and attributes**:

- Tertiary or trade qualifications in maintenance and or Engineering
- Understanding of reliability and asset management principles and tools will be beneficial
- A proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships through communicating with impact to influence and drive positive outcomes
- You should demonstrate the ability to adapt rapidly to a changing work environment and respond positively to ambiguous situations
- Exposure To SAP or other Computerised Maintenance Management Systems is advantageous
