A temporary opportunity for an experienced Administration Support Officer has become available with an Australian owned and operated family company in the Ipswich area.
**Duties include**:
- Accurate record keeping of employee data and files, including administration maintenance
- Providing recruitment support including scheduling interviews and production of employment contracts/letters of employment
- Administration of onboarding/offboarding processes
**To be considered for this role, you should demonstrate**:
- Previous administration experience
- Confidence working with computer systems including intermediate skills in MS Outlook and MS Excel
- Well developed communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly approach
- Fast and accurate keyboarding skills
