Rennick & Gaynor are a highly respected and long established law firm in Hawthorn East and Geelong having provided legal services since 1919. Providing expertise in all areas of property law, compulsory acquisition, corporate and commercial law and wills and estates planning and advice.

Due to expansion of our business, we are seeking 2 skilled and enthusiastic professionals on either a full-time or part-time basis to join the property departments of our Hawthorn East and Geelong offices. The role means you will work closely with our Partners and senior solicitors in supportive and dynamic teams. Both offices are conveniently located close to public transport.

Experience is preferred in all facets of conveyancing including retail, residential and commercial, owners’ corporation, mortgages and subdivisions.
- 3+ years of strong technical experience in conveyancing
- Competent in the end-to-end conveyancing process including file management and drafting documents and correspondence, Contracts, Section 32 Vendor’s Statement, transfer documents, Duties Online and PEXA
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and with conflicting priorities
- Liaising with clients and professionals at all levels
- Ability to problem solve and be adaptable
- Be ambitious and self-motivated with the ability to work in a team or autonomously
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
- Knowledge of LEAP Legal Software, an advantage
