**Lone Pine Tavern** at Rooty Hill boasts a high end gaming room and TAB, one of the best outdoor courtyards around with a gigantic outdoor screen, a fantastic bistro including an authentic Italian pizzeria. **We are seeking an experienced hospitality leader to support the Licensee across all of the venue operations.**

**The Role**:
**Success in this role requires a highly experienced Operations Manager (4yrs+) who has worked in a venue of similar size with many outlets**.

You will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of this multifaceted, high volume venue. To do this successfully you will require extensive experience and knowledge across all aspects of high volume, fast-paced F&B, as well as high end gaming and TAB operations.

The successful applicant will need to lead by example, be prepared to go the extra mile for our customers and be looking to progress their hospitality career. This is the perfect opportunity for a motivated, experienced operator who is keen to join a team of hospitality lovers and become an integral part of a progressive hotel group.

Given the hands-on nature of this role you will be to be required to work weekends, late nights (3am close) and public holidays on a varied roster including both opening and closing shifts.
- Humble, down to earth, able to use initiative & show exceptional leadership skills
- Strong financial acumen, understanding of rostering, P&L's and managing Budgets.
- Able to remain calm under pressure creating a collaborative and productive energy across the team
- Able to think on their feet, problem-solve on the run and be adaptable
- Highly organised and can maintain high consistency in service
- Extensive knowledge of operational compliance requirements
- Willing to go the extra mile when needed demonstrating a strong work ethic.

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
