Team Leader Administration

**About the role**

As the Administration Team Leader, you will provide high level operational support to the Managers and Team Leaders, enabling them to focus on their core purpose, our clients. In this varied and busy role, you will lead other administration staff and coordinate the delivery of administration support to our front line teams in delivering their services to families. You will also play a key role on program specific projects.

**Duties**
- Coordinate the delivery of administration services, ensuring that all services are timely and effective
- Manage a team of geographically dispersed staff to ensure administration services are professional and effective across the sites and internal customers receive the level of support required (will be required to travel to different hubs across the Sydney metro area)
- Provide support to administration team, carry out tasks and relief when staff are on leave or during busy periods

**Skills and Experience**

**We want you to be successful in your new role This means you'll have the following**:

- Demonstrated experience leading geographically dispersed administrative team with dual reporting lines.
- Minimum Certificate III in business administration or other relevant qualification
- Two years previous experience working in a similar administrative / management support role with previous experience in a broad range of administrative procedures and systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Well-developed time management and organisational skills
- Current Drivers’ Licence essential
