The role provides professional/clinical supervision to the case managers who work with defendants undertaking an intervention program in the Treatment Intervention Court, Aboriginal Community Court and Youth Aboriginal Community Court; as well as allocating and maintaining a professional/clinical caseload.

The role provides an advisory/liaison role to the court regarding the eligibility and engagement of defendants. The Team Leader will work closely with the Manager Intervention Programs to lead and guide service delivery of the Intervention Programs.

**Special Conditions**:

- Appointment is under the _Courts Administration Act 1993_. Terms and Conditions of employment are governed by the _Public Sector Act 2009_.
- Appointment is dependent upon a current National Police Certificate that the CAA finds satisfactory.
- This role is identified as a Prescribed Position and the successful applicant is required to obtain a Working with Children Check (WWCC) prior to employment with the CAA, which must be renewed every five years before expiry. WWCC’s can be obtained through the Department of Human Services (DHS) Screening Unit
- As a justice agency, the CAA may receive details of spent convictions as part of any Criminal History Screening and use this information in the selection process.
- Appointees may be required to disclose their COVID-19 vaccination status.

**Requirements**:
A relevant allied health degree related to human service delivery such as Social Work, Psychology, or relevant Tertiary Qualification as determined by the State Courts Administrator.

**Remuneration**:
AHP3 ($104,180 - $111,746 per annum)
