**Role**:
The purpose of this role is to support the Clarendon St Head Office with all day-to-day requests. The office Assistant role is to ensure the smooth running of the office and contributing to a strong positive office culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Office Tasks Include**:

- Greeting visitors.
- Answering of any phone calls.
- Sort and distribute mail.
- Receiving of deliveries to Head office
- Liaising with office cleaners
- Coordinating meeting room calendars and setting up/clearing of meeting rooms throughout the day.
- Ordering supplies for office - Stationary, tea, coffee, milk etc
- Supporting organisation of any social events - morning teas, Christmas parties, office drinks.
- Start and end of day tasks - water jugs, dishwashers etc.
- Managing the storeroom
- Managing the visitor carparks
- Communicate with staff about any news/updates at Head Office.
- Supporting the set up of new starters with IT, P&C, manager etc.
- Liaise with the property team regarding any building maintenance.
- Manage external visits from contractors - pest control, water cooler, plants etc

**Other tasks**:

- Participate in annual Performance Development Reviews
- Follow policies and procedures.
- Establish a favourable first impression of Explorers Early Learning through a professional, friendly attitude.
- Undertake other projects as required.
