**The Company**:
Our client is an established and handsomely awarded Custom / Bespoke High-End Builder. Working with some of Melbourne’s best Architects and interior designers delivering projects ranging from $1.5mil - $5mil in the affluent areas of Melbourne (including the likes of South Yarra, Toorak, Hawthorn, Brighton, and are a passionate team who strive towards being the benchmark and "go to" builder in Bespoke builder offering to the market.

**DAY-TO-DAY**:

- All required leading hand works, be the main lead on-site and drive carpentry crew and labour team members;
- Report to the Site Manager as a 2IC and work on architectural high-end residential sites;
- Maintain a high level of health and safety on-site at all times;
- Ensure that projects are completed accordingly to relevant stages;
- Provide updates to the Site Manager when required daily;
- All other relevant duties as required

**THE MUST-HAVES**:

- 5+ Years experience in domestic architectural bespoke, renovations, and additions as a senior carpenter, or leading hand
- Carpentry trade and background 100% (essential)
- Excellent Eye / Attention to detail for quality finishes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Showcase leadership qualities, effective communication, and technical construction skills
- Valid driver's license, possess own vehicle and tools
- Full Australian working rights
