**About this role**:
This boutique, design-led studio specialises in high-end private residential projects across Victoria, in addition to some boutique multi-res projects. The small, passionate team provides contemporary design and a commitment to innovative and progressive design solutions. This is an excellent fit for someone in a leadership role, has strong design aesthetic, who is looking for more autonomy, influence and impact. Have loyal client groups to bring along? Even better
** Key responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the design team to deliver thoughtfully considered designs for high-end residential, multi-residential and commercial projects
- Confidently deliver full documentation packages and concept presentations
- Develop and implement material and finishes palettes to the highest standard
- Work collaboratively with other members of the team, including architects, builders and suppliers
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results
- FF&E scheduling

**Skills and experience**
- Degree qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- At least 6 years' local experience in high-end residential design
- Expertise in Revit, with strong documentation & joinery detailing
- A keen eye for material and finishes selection and specification
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations
- Motivated, positive and open approach
