**Disability Support Worker - Batemans Bay NSW**

**Casual / Part-Time | Approximately 6 Hours per Day on a wednesday | Immediate Start for mature over 30 + female as per clients**request

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable **Disability Support Worker** to provide daily in-home and community support for a participant located in **Batemans Bay, NSW**.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys making a positive difference and can provide consistent, high-quality care and companionship.

**About the Role**:
You will be supporting the participant with daily routines, personal care, and community engagement while promoting independence and wellbeing.

**Shift Details**:

- Approximately 6 **hours a day on a**Wednesday **9:30-12:30 and 2:30-5:30**:

- Daytime hours - flexible start and finish times

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care and daily living assistance
- Support with community access, walks, and social activities
- Medication prompts and basic health monitoring (if required)
- Encourage independence and meaningful daily engagement

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (or relevant experience)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- Caring, professional, and dependable nature
