**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer and document medication as per care requirements.
- Provide residents with personal care needs, including personal and oral hygiene, meals, daily living, leisure, and lifestyle activities.
- Prepare reports and presentations to share findings and recommendations with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with colleagues and health professionals to promote a coordinated approach to maintain emotional and social interaction to enhance mental well-being.
- Communicate sensitively and effectively with medical, allied health, clinical, and care personnel, residents and families.
- Encourage and assist clients in engaging in activities that promote independence and social participation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care, activities and any changes in conditions.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III or IV qualifications in Aged Care or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year in aged care, disability services or mental support.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients
- Presents a positive attitude and an ongoing commitment to position responsibilities and organisational goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other health-related software.
- Individuals who speak Hindi, Bengali, Tagalog, Cantonese, or Mandarin
