**About the role**

Reporting to the **Engineering Manager**, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring that all Asset Management (AMG) technical documentation is developed and maintained in line with Australian, Industry and Corporate Standards.

This position will be based at our Osborne Park head office on a Monday to Friday basis.

**You will be responsible for**:

- All aspects of document management for the Asset Management Group
- Creation, review, updates and dissemination of all AMG documents
- Maintain, advise, develop, and implement the integrated AMG framework
- Manage the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SharePoint.

**What you’ll bring to the team**:

- Mechanical Trade (Cert 3 minimum) or Mechanical Engineering Degree
- Relevant asset maintenance management experience
- Experience with technical document creation, compliance & control
- Comprehensive understanding of Asset Management principles & standards
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite incl. Visio, Excel, Word and VBA
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
