Currently, we are looking for a
**Recruitment Consultant** to be based in our
**Perth **office to focus on the
**Geology industry.**

**About You**
We recognise that we can only achieve our business goals by attracting and developing the most talented people, affording them the right development, and the means and motivation to realise their full potential. We are looking for ambitious and passionate people to work with us and expand the Dash name in the market.

The person we are looking for either has:

- Recruitment experience in the geology industry
**- **Or
**-**
- Are currently working as a geologist (to any degree) and wanting to transition your career

**The Role**
This is a warm desk, with incoming roles ready to be worked on. Regardless of prior experience, you will receive 1-on-1 coaching to ensure you are confident recruiting within this industry, including learning industry jargon.

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

- Piloting the end-to-end recruitment process; advertising, interviewing, shortlisting, and reference checks
- Liaising with clients to determine job briefs and creating attractive advertisements
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
