**The Role**:

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to assist them with all recruitment needs ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed
- Interpret and provide advice to both Hiring Managers and employees on Enterprise Agreements, Classifications and Leave Entitlements.
- Working along side our Operations Team on various people matters and HR related projects.

**About you**:

- Experience working in Human Resources and Recruitment
- Experience working in a healthcare setting (desirable)
- Experience navigating enterprise agreements and HR systems.
- Critical thinking, stakeholder management, and adaptability in fast-paced settings.
