Role: Electrical Trainer and Assessor

Job type: Contractual

Location: Bankstown, NSW

**Salary**: $60 - $80 per hour

What We Are Looking For:
Our company is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). We are looking for qualified Trainer and Assessor for Electrical who will take classes online. To be a successful trainer, you will need to have an in-depth knowledge Electrical and a passion for mentoring and passing on your knowledge to the next generations. Inspire and deliver the assigned programs using their extensive knowledge, past experience, and examples guided by comprehensive learning materials. Provide support and feedback to ensure successful completion of programs.

The expectation is that the trainer will take fortnight online lectures and run practical workshop.

Qualifications and other requirements:

- UEE30820 - Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician
- TAE is preferred or willing to get one
- Atleast 1-2 years Experience in training, teaching, or lecturing is desirable.
- Be able to demonstrate trainer matrix relevant to the course if available.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time-management and organisational skills
- Knowledge of current industry standards and practices
- Confidence and motivation to deliver first-class education.
- Sensitivity and the ability to adapt teaching styles to students of different cultural backgrounds

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Electrical Trainer and Assessor: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician (preferred)
- TAE (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
