**What you'll need to succeed**
- A can-do attitude, willingness to be trained on the job & high adherence to safety in the workplace
- A physical capability to perform manual work
- Availability to work day, afternoon & night shifts
- Some roles require a willingness to work away from home
- Ability to provide two recent work-related referees
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test
- Forklift Licence (or willing to obtain before start) is preferred but not necessary
