Trades Workforce Solutions provides Australian Engineering and Manufacturing sectors with specialist resources

Our client located in Campbellfield, is a leader of high end vehicle imports and conversions.

A permanent full time position is vacant for a highly motivated Procurement and Parts Officer.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Demonstrated ability/experience in the motor vehicle industry i.e., Parts / Sales Administration
- Experience in Purchasing.
- Negotiation Skills
- Excellent Computer Skills
- Driver’s licence

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Work with Engineering and Production to identify parts required for production.
- Responsible for purchasing and supply of all parts (Overseas and Local).
- Responsible for sourcing Parts and Vendors
- Responsible for reports to Admin as required.
- Monitor Supplier Performance.
- Assist in implementation of new software and maintenance of same.
- Responsible for accurate data base.
- Responsible for warehouse staff.
- Collaboration with Finance to identify and clear dead and slow-moving stock.
- Responsible for clear identification & location of all parts.
- Responsible for OH&S in Warehouse.
- Promotion and Sales of Retail Parts.
- Identify Platforms for Marketing Retail Parts

- Be organised
- Good phone manner

This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable Australian company in a position that offers security with some flexibility.

Salary is approx $70K and negotiable depending on experience and suitability.

Hours are full time Mon
- Fri 7:00am to 3:00pm.
