**About the Role**
We are seeking a **Talent Acquisition Officer** to manage recruitment processes for our growing organization. Based at our Head Office in East Maitland, this is a **hands-on role** focused on efficiently sourcing and placing the right talent to meet business needs.
You will handle end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring roles are filled quickly and effectively, and work closely with Hiring Managers to support immediate workforce requirements. This position also offers opportunities to contribute to process improvements and assist with administrative tasks related to talent acquisition.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding and talent pooling
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting
- Support Hiring Managers with workforce planning and recruitment needs
- Assist with recruitment marketing efforts and general administration
**About you**
- We’re looking for a recruiter who is detail-oriented, efficient, and results-driven. You’ll excel in a fast-paced environment and confidently manage high-volume recruitment with ease. Your ability to build strong relationships with our hiring managers will be key, as you take the time to understand their needs and the unique nuances of each centre along the way
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Previous experience in recruitment ideally or a genuine desire to expand your relevant experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with Hiring Managers
