- **Job Overview**:_

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. This is a challenging and rewarding position that offers excellent growth opportunities.
- **Duties**:_
- Communicate with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and promote our products
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
- **Qualifications**:_
- Proven track record in Coffee sales, preferably in a senior or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Experience in outside sales or account management is highly desirable
- Experienced with Coffee sales & knowledge of structuring these relationships is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

We offer competitive compensation, including a base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as staff discounts, Fully Maitained Company Vehicle, Company Phone & Etag. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to take their sales career to the next level.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
