
Client Service Manager Job in Melbourne

**Key Position Responsibilities**
- ** Practice Management**:
- General responsibility for operational, reporting and administration functions of the practice. Supervising the workflow and productivity of business activities with a focus on continual improvement and accountability.
- ** Compliance**:
- Ensuring all client service standards and compliance requirements are met and understood and implemented by the team.
- ** Client Services** - Delivering an exceptional level of service to clients, being pro-active in meeting their requests and using initiative to follow up on their behalf. Ultimately ensuring that clients experience an exceptional level of service.
- ** Administration**:
- Efficiently manage the day to day tasks required by clients and Advisers. Be competent in taking ownership and handling tasks on behalf of advisers and team.
**Qualifications / Experience / Skills**
- Approximately 2 years’ experience in a client service, compliance, advice operations or financial planning administration role within the financial services / wealth management sector
- Demonstrated organisational and prioritisation abilities to effectively manage workflow
- High attention to detail and accuracy with a sound knowledge of compliance obligations
- Strong working knowledge of XPLAN
- Agile, individual contributor with ability to influence and collaborate with cross functional teams
- Confident communicator both written and verbal who is proactive and gets on with the job at hand
- Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning or relevant Undergraduate Degree is preferred but not essential

This position will support our team to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Focussing on practical, proactive and seamless implementation of compliance and administration across our business systems and the advice process, the role will play a key part in our growth strategy.
