About the Role
As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the key point of contact for customers from sign-up through to the completion of their RV build. You’ll guide them through every step of the journey, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships from initial sign-up to final handover
- Assist customers with selecting colours, optional upgrades, and extended warranties
- Provide guidance on paint protection, insurance, and vehicle electrics
- Coordinate and book handover appointments
- Collaborate closely with our outstanding sales team and aftersales service centre to ensure customer satisfaction
