This role is for Australia and New Zealand facilities. **What this job involves**: Leading Technical Mobilization You will be responsible for delivering superior technical mobilization services by overseeing all building systems handover to the site operation team efficiently, safely and cost-effectively by the project team. In an exciting and dynamic environment you’ll achieve excellence in reviewing projects and programs onsite with our client and project team. You’ll ensure the highest standards are delivered and best practices implemented by the project team prior handing over to the site operations team. You’ll partner with project stakeholders by providing your expertise, with a focus on continuous improvement and risk management in partnership with multiple stakeholders such as projects, site operations, sustainability and EHS team. Responsibility for providing outstanding client service, you’ll lead, monitor and mentor to effectively control project technical mobilization activity. This role will also support local and regional initiatives by driving consistency on technical mobilization and on site service delivery as per below responsibilities, Understanding the Scope for clarity as per ATL (Agreement to lease) & DBR. Supports Pre Construction activities Mechanical, electrical & plumbing (MEP) to ensure consistency with completed projects coordinating with the project team to develop a project specific operational transition plan. To identify any problems in MEP related to Final design vs Actual, execution of job and workmanship / quality of vendor work for fit out MEP related activities. Attune T&C Tracker activities with EPT (Engineering Preparedness Tracker) Fit out (T&C) team activity Look back & look ahead Submission of GRE -OE related documents - (Site specific Information form & Project Acceptance for system operations documentation checklist. T&C IST Scope to be reviewed & post IST observation to be shared, Points to be closed before final handovers Uploading final design documents & As built drawings on Clients share point. Site rounds for QA/QC checks for SITC- Supply, Installation Testing & Commissioning (base builder & fit outs equipment's). Maintenance & SOW Planning pre & post DLP Preparing SOPs & EOPs based on designed logic for MEP related Equipments Preparing Warranty & service scope of work, for GC direct contract. Reviewing IBMS IO points for MEP & cross checking all IO points considered are integrated with iBMS. Identification spares and single point of failures of MEP & preparing critical spare part list for MEP related equipments Incident Analysis/RCA Analysis & rectification of MEP equipment during Failures in DLP / Warranty. Method + Frequency for maintenance of MEP equipment, revision if required in maintenance practices Ensuring smooth transition of building from project team to Ops team. **Risk Assessment in terms of following**: - Checking for SPOF (single point of failures) in executed design & planning mitigation proactively Physical damages to core components of equipment & ensuring that project does replacement before handovers. Utilizing knowledge of operational best practices & operational requirements to mitigate potential operational risks for MEP Equipments. Risk assessment as per qualitative, quantitative, generic, site specific, dynamic. Prioritizing the facilities needs—always Experienced in project technical mobilization services, you’ll be on top of all the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil works needed while managing project taking over. You’ll stay in close contact with teams for all facility & project related issues, ensuring total compliance with all legal and technical services related process, procedure and standards.
