This role will be split between bookkeeping and general accounts, it is a multi faceted role that will have you looking after internal and external matters regarding timely completion of all bookkeeping tasks. You will be charged to ensure processes and procedures are adhered to. You will report to the directors and work closely with the wider team, ensuring clear and timely delivery of information. You will also work along side with our office manager and part time accountants. Attention to detail is critical and in additional organisational skills whilst maintaining the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality.

Supporting a team of professionals, the individual will be required to demonstrate initiative and a proactive mindset in accordance with the organisation’s office routines and procedures, keeping in mind the overall business objectives.

Part time | 3 x days | negotiable to suit the applicant.

**Role Responsibilities**

The role will be responsible for a variety of activities:

- Accounts payable and receivable
- Invoicing & receipts
- Settlements
- Payroll assistance
- Bank and general ledger Reconciliations
- Other accounts related duties
- Liaise with clients on accounts enquiries
- General office financial administration and support
- Manage Reporting and financial record management

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**
- Proficient in the use of Xero
- BAS / Tax desirable
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Minimum of 3 years bookkeeping and financial management experience
- Mature personality with great communication and interpersonal skills
- Efficient and strong attention to detail / maintaining the highest level of integrity and confidentiality is critical.
