**About The Role**

Our Sydney Olympic Park centre is currently seeking passionate & motivated individuals to join their teams in reaching collective goals.

This position would be suitable for an Early Childhood Professional with their** Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood, and ready to take the next step in their career as an Educational Leader.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development & implementation of an effective educational program in the service.
- Design & develop learning plans & curriculums.
- Mentor & collaborate with staff to provide curriculum direction and guidance.
- Working collaboratively with a team of Early Childhood Educators toward collective goals.
- Facilitating a safe & caring environment for all children.
- Driving initiatives, curriculum activities, and continuous improvement.
- Observing and documenting the progress of each child, in line with the EYLF & NQS.
- Liaising with parents regarding routines, progress and challenges.
