**Role: System Administrator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Deploy and administer Windows Server 2019, including setting up AD, DHCP/DNS, and CA
- Implement and manage NPS and group policies in Windows Server environments
- Deploy and manage server and storage systems from vendors such as Dell PowerEdge, Cisco UCS, and HPE Proliant
- Configure and maintain VMware virtualization solutions, including vSphere and vCenter
- Use backup and restore solutions such as VMware Veeam and Zerto, as well as setting up DR scenarios
- Experience with storage fabrics such as Brocade and Cisco MDS
- Take client SOWs and develop high-level macro and detailed micro designs
- Work with clients both on-site and remotely to deploy solutions
- Develop high-quality documentation and designs, using existing templates when appropriate
- Work with vendors such as Dell, HPE, VMware, Zerto, Pure, Cisco, Linux/Unix, Hyperconverged VxRail, and Azure

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience deploying and administering Windows Server 2019 and related technologies
- Knowledge of virtualization solutions such as VMware vSphere and vCenter
- Experience working with server and storage systems from vendors such as Dell, Cisco, and HPE
- Strong documentation and design skills, including using existing templates
- Certification as a VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization is desired
- Knowledge of backup and restore solutions such as VMware Veeam and Zerto
- Experience working with storage fabrics such as Brocade and Cisco MDS
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients both on-site and remotely
