**_offers a comprehensive range of property-related legal services for an enviable client list of large national and local corporate developers, investors, owners, landlords, property funds managers and listed property trusts._**

Due to a continued strategy of aggressive growth by a number of their key clients, they are seeking to expand their commercial property group by adding a
**leasing lawyer **to their team.
- **3-5 years **of post-admission commercial experience with significant exposure to leasing
- Experience in the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements and provision of advice on a range of corporate and commercial legal matters.
- Well developed drafting skills, the ability to form and maintain strong working relationships, and the ability to work in a dynamic work environment are essential for this role
