**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Product Issue Support**: Respond to and resolve technical and quality inquiries from various sources, leveraging digital technologies for efficiency.
- ** Technical Communications**: Create and publish technical service bulletins, review technical publications, and support the development of training videos.
- ** Technical Training**: Provide input for technical training development and conduct hands-on training events.
- ** New Product Development**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and ensure service assets and training are completed for new products.
- ** Customer Relations**: Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and customers, and conduct field support visits.
- ** Quality Support**: Analyze product complaints and warranty data to identify trends and recommend actions, driving resolution with product teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical/software, manufacturing, or automotive) or technical school graduate in relevant fields.
- 5+ years of related experience.
- High technical aptitude in areas such as electrical systems, CAN, hydraulics, and hybrid technology.
- Toro certification or demonstrated competencies in relevant technologies.
- Strong mentoring, negotiating, and influencing skills.
- Ability to draft technical service bulletins and perform data analysis.
- Customer support experience with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical document reading.
- Multi-lingual skills preferred.

**Other Requirements**:

- Ability to travel 20-60% as required.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
