**About the Role**
In this role, you will lead and manage the marketing and communications function to amplify MFAA’s brand and foster growth and member engagement through digital communications and promotional strategies. You will lead and manage two direct reports in the execution of event campaigns, and the distribution of communications across digital channels, the website, EDMs and social media.

**About the Person**

Experience in membership, financial services and/or the mortgage broking industry is desirable but not essential.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Create, lead, and execute the Marketing & Communications Strategy.
- Manage, oversee, and implement brand collateral across all forms of channels i.e. website, EDMs, social media, publications etc.
- Work collaboratively across the organisation to drive member engagement and growth.
- Provide effective leadership to drive the performance and outputs of the team.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to promote events, professional development opportunities and educational collateral to maximise and deepen member engagement.
- Manage relationships with advertising partners and sponsors.
- Manage and lead the marketing reporting and analytics across the marketing functions.
- Oversee the budget and other required administrative duties.

- Demonstrated experience in managing marketing & communications functions.
- A strong understanding of or willingness to learn the Mortgage Broking industry and/ or financial services.
- A strong strategic and creative vision.
- Confidence and strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
- A can-do attitude, adaptable and proactive.
- People and solutions focused.
- Highly collaborative, inclusive and a small business mentality.
