**Contracts Officer | A Fresh New Direction | Bella Vista
- Full time opportunity for a Contracts Officer in our Norwest, Bella Vista Office, with flexibility to work from home
- Support and assist with the contract and commercial needs of the operational teams within a fast paced, customer first environment

**The Opportunity**

Do you love problem solving? Fantastic opportunity to look at complex supply chain network and help our team win at Woolworths, as well as:

- Assist in tender preparation with relevant contractual material, costing analysis and development of recommendations
- Prepare and manage contract documentation for all National and International Transport & 3PL functions (NDAs, T&Cs, PPs, Service Agreements, Variations, Commercial Letters, Deeds and Settlements)
- Manage contract document process and assist in negotiation through the award and execution process

**Who we’re looking for
Our new team member will be passionate, keen to get things done and be able to facilitate commercial analysis and contract requirements for all Secondary Freight (SF), Primary Freight (PF) and Third Party Logistics (3PLs) services across all business areas. We’re looking for a self-motivated individual who:

- Has a tertiary qualification, preferably in Business and Law
- Previous contract management experience (desired)
- Strong Communication skills and high level English (legal acumen and understanding preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency in the delivery of accuracy within one’s work
- Has a minimum of 3 years of related experience within supply chain operations / procurement or finance
- Is proficient in Google suite
