Our client is a growing Australian business that offers a number of leading streetwear brands from fashion apparel, accessories & more They are on the lookout for their next superstar Store Manager to take on a their Shellharbour store. **The role**:
- A drive to give an exceptional customer experience
- Create visual merchandising displays in store
- Train and develop your team into success
- Experience in managing a team within a fashion environment is desirable
- Ensuring company targets and KPIs are achieved
**To be successful will need to have**:
- Minimum 2+ years of retail experience
- Manage high volume stock levels
- A love for fashion & a sense of style
- Previous experience in visual merchandising
- Energetic, positive and bubbly nature
