We wish to complement our existing team with an experienced Document Controller for our Coomera Connector Project within our Fulton Hogan Construction business based in Helensvale. Responsibilities include:

- Demonstrated specialist knowledge and experience as a Document Controller in a large capital infrastructure project environment.
- Extensive experience using and administrating InEight/TeamBinder Document Management system
- Experience controlling project, engineering design, and contractor documents, drawings, including the management of complex document distribution matrices.
- Manage transmittal of information between project staff, client and other organisations ensuring appropriate database/log entries for tracking purposes
- Provide comprehensive training to new project personnel on the use of TeamBinder.
- Ensure all documents meet required identification standards and comply with established document identification requirements.

We are seeking:

- Experience in a similar document control role on an engineering or construction project.
- Strong knowledge of contractual requirements of document flows, document control protocols and electronic document management systems.
- Advanced in the use of Teambinder (InEight) and SharePoint, in addition Bluebeam Session Control an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills across both verbal and written mediums and strong attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel & Office along with excellent computer skills and document formatting.
