Based in Welshpool, our Staffing Manager leads a team of up to 10 people, recruiting home care and disability care workers and scheduling their work for disabled and elderly clients, in-home and in residential facilities.

It's a fast-paced role that requires real people skills and the ability to juggle options to achieve the best rostering outcomes.

The key outcomes expected are:

- Manage existing recruitment team and processes to deliver up to 50 new staff per week, including validating new hire qualifications, induction, follow-up and retention.
- Manage existing scheduling team to ensure shift requests are filled.
- Develop, implement and manage ongoing staff training/skills including continuous validation of qualifications currency and match to requirements.
- Ambitious, hard worker
- Real people skills including communicating clearly, motivating people to achieve and working with other managers.
- Strong administration skills.
- Performance under pressure.
- Solid computer skills including ability to quickly learn new software systems and move between systems.
- Experience working in aged care, disability or other health sector preferred but not essential.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $109,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
