We’re on the lookout for a friendly, reliable corporate Hospitality Assistant to maintain our kitchenettes and assist in our internal café.

Role Detail

Our Sydney office, located in the vibrant One Farrer precinct, boasts a corporate hospitality team second to none

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and reliable Hospitality Assistant to join our friendly team. This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis, Monday to Friday, with shifts rostered from 10:00am - 6:00pm. Some flexibility may be required on occasion.

In this role you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Maintaining, cleaning, and restocking of staff kitchenettes on our internal floors - checking in regularly across the day
- Overseeing the dishwashers and returning items to the main kitchen and internal café
- Clearing out the kitchenette fridges on a weekly basis
- Assisting with the maintenance of the café including cleaning crockery, equipment, coffee machines, fridges and display cabinets and wiping down surfaces
- Ensuring a high standard of hygiene and stock for internal kitchens and the café are maintained and that all equipment is clean and in working order

About You

If you love supporting a friendly hospitality team, are interested in a first-class corporate environment, possess high standards and have a helpful manner, this is your role We’d like to see:

- Experience in a similar role within a hospitality environment, or relevant transferrable skills
- Strong client service skills, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy and all times
- Ability to work both unsupervised and as a collaborative team member
- Food storage, handling and stock control experience
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility in working hours
- Capacity to multi-task and a flexible, proactive attitude
- Hospitality certifications such as Food Safety Certificate or Certified in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) highly regarded
