**ABOUT THE ROLE**

With a natural aptitude for service delivery, you’ll be responsible for attending to a variety of venue functions ensuring the smooth flow of operations. From managing budgets, setting policies, to engaging and motivating those around you; you’ll oversee and help mentor a team of food & beverage professionals instilling Public’s personalised signature service for each of our guests and to the local community 
- CARE is at the forefront in everything we do.   

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum of 2 years’ of venue management experience and leading a team
- You have a passion for training and development
- Genuine interest in the hospitality industry with thorough knowledge of restaurant and bar operations   
- You are punctual, reliable, trustworthy, self-driven and a quick problem solver.   
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, you enjoy multi-tasking.   
- Thoroughness and attention to detail is essential.   
- Available to work evenings and weekends on a rotating roster
- You hold a valid Australian work visa , RSA and RCG

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
