What will you do?

Asset Management & Performance is Aurecon’s market-leading team that provides technically-empowered advisory services to empower clients to make well-informed capital decisions. We partner with clients across a

range of markets

, in locations around the Asia Pacific to ensure their assets deliver value to their organisations throughout the asset lifecycle. You will be provided with exposure to large industrial clients and develop a better understand their asset management challenges. You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of projects and industries including Transport, Digital Infrastructure, Buildings, Defence, Energy, Resources and Utilities. Here is a small sample of the things you will do each day at Aurecon:

- Assist in the development and assessment of asset management strategies and tactics
- Support the development of capital and operations performance improvement recommendations
- Assist clients in building effective asset management systems aligned with leading practice standards
- Assist in the plan and delivery of asset integrity and condition assessments
- Contribute to technical reliability studies and analysis
- Support our broad capabilities such as Process Safety and Operational Readiness - with a focus on learning and building your advisory toolkit
- Translate analysis outputs into real world decisions for a range of stakeholders
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, explore and foster positive relationships with colleagues, external peers and broader industry participants

What can you bring to the team?

You will share our genuine passion for re-imagining asset performance and be someone who actively pursues reshaping the future of Asset Management. You will demonstrate:

- Approximately 2 years + asset management, strategy or commercial experience in an asset-intensive environment.
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with or understanding of the professional advisory setting and processes
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- A willingness to learn and grow your skills
