Gingham & Heels is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Fashion Buyer to join our Buying & Merchandising team on a 12-month maternity contract. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who loves the fast pace of e-commerce and wants to take ownership of range planning, supplier relationships, and trend-led product curation.

As our Fashion Buyer, you'll play a key role in delivering cohesive, on-brand collections that excite our customers and drive commercial results. Working closely with Product Development and Marketing, you'll manage the end-to-end buying process - from range planning and supplier negotiation through to launch execution and trade performance.

You'll thrive in a creative yet data-driven environment where trend forecasting, attention to detail, and commercial intuition come together to create beautiful, best-selling collections.

• Plan and execute seasonal ranges aligned with the G&H brand direction and customer profile.
• Analyse sales and trend data to identify opportunities for growth and rebuy.
• Manage supplier communication, negotiations and deliveries.
• Oversee product setup, pricing and margin management across systems.
• Merchandise weekly e-commerce "New Drop" launches.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development and Marketing teams to ensure seamless product launches.

• 2–4 years' experience in a fashion buying, merchandising, or product development role.
• Strong commercial and trend awareness with a passion for women's fashion.
• Confident communicator with strong organisational and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Shopify, Style Arcade, or Plytix is an advantage.
• A proactive, adaptable team player who thrives in a fun, fast and creative environment.
