Brisbane Airport, Australia Team Global Express Full time

**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise, co-ordinate, mentor and assist all staff in the department- Ensure timely action of all freight for redelivery and accurate reporting- Oversee lost and damaged freight and relevant reporting- Maintain communication with domestic and global customer service teams- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures- Maintain employee records for absenteeism, performance, and training- Build relationships with key customer service managers and supervisors

**Qualifications**:
- Accurate typing skills- Strong leadership qualities- Excellent customer service relations- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel- Knowledge of internal freight management systems (ltrak, Siebel, PMS)

This role is primarily a day shift function but with a requirement to be present for early morning and late evening shifts when needed.
