Shubh Motor Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Rental Car, Car Sales Specialist to join our team. If you have a background in rental cars and car sales, a passion for solving problems, and a drive to close deals, we want you on board

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist customers with car rentals and vehicle sales.
- Manage leads, convert inquiries into sales, and exceed sales goals.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues quickly.
- Process rentals, sales paperwork, and vehicle returns.
- Keep the rental fleet organized, clean, and ready for customers.
- Build relationships with customers and generate repeat business.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 1+ years of experience in rental car operations or car sales.
- Proven track record in sales and lead conversion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Full-time availability (weekends/holidays as needed).
- Must be fluent in Punjabi and Hindi.
- Valid driver’s license and clean record.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
