**Purpose of the Role**

**BGIS**is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Regional Facilities Manager**to lead and manage delivery of integrated services across the **NSW Multi-Agency Contract**. Reporting directly to the Account Manager, you will be responsible for operational performance, financial oversight, subcontractor coordination, and service excellence.

This position offers a hybrid working arrangement and would suit a professional who enjoys balancing administration-heavy tasks with strategic oversight, and who thrives in a high-compliance government environment.

A collaborative, highly organised individual with strong financial acumen, leadership capability, and a proactive mindset for operational improvement. You'll be comfortable working autonomously and across multiple internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead contract service delivery to meet performance metrics, client expectations, and compliance standards
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers, including contract documentation, assessments, and payment approvals
- Provide budget oversight including forecasting, invoicing, cost control, and risk reporting
- Ensure CMMS data integrity, asset tracking, and performance reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive service excellence and continuous improvement

**Education, Experience & Skills**

**Essential**:

- Demonstrated experience in regional/multi-site facilities management within government or high-compliance contracts
- Strong financial management skills including budgeting and forecasting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS platforms
- Deep understanding of safety, quality, and environmental compliance systems
- Effective communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills

**Desirable**:

- Qualifications in Facilities Management or a related discipline
- Experience in integrated FM, project, and asset management environments

**Workplace Flexibility**

This role offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement based in Sydney, with travel as required to support operations and stakeholder engagement.
