**About the company**:
This is a specialist Piling/Ground Engineering company who have the expertise to be able to deliver the most challenging and complex projects and are capable of delivering some of the largest piling projects in Australia. This company continues to have a strong reputation that is second to none and maintain a reputation for being innovative market leaders.

**About the Role**:
We are actively seeking a Piling Supervisor to work on major piling infrastructure projects. You will be based predominately in Brisbane with potential projects all over Qld.

**Duties**:

- Reporting to the Area Manager
- Assisting with project set up
- Client liaison
- Site meetings
- Holding tool box talks
- Allocation of plant, equipment, labour
- Ordering of materials
- Supervising the piling crew
- Ensuring piling quotas are met
- Keeping accurate site records

**About the Requirements**:

- You will have worked in the Foundation/Piling sector for a number of years.
- Knowledge of large-scale piling projects
- Experience of bored piling, CFA and other techniques
- You must possess the ability to be a leader
- Be able to ensure that all projects are accurately delivered
- Have a can-do attitude
- Have effective communication skills
- Have the desire to get projects completed
