Porsche Centre Parramatta has a rare and exciting opportunity for a personable, passionate and customer-focused individual to join our business representing the iconic sports car brand Porsche, in the position of Service Advisor.

**Playing a fundamental role in ensuring our exemplary customer service levels are unceasingly maintained and upheld, this position requires you to**:

- Deal with customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure the highest standard of Customer Service.
- Assist with the loading of the workshop to ensure efficient utilisation of workshop capacity.
- Carry out customer follow-up and prospecting activities to maintain and build the volume of work within the workshop.
- Accurately prepare and cost customer invoices to Group Standards.
- Build and maintain solid product knowledge through active participation in all manufacturer and internal training programs.
- Assist in meeting and exceeding key departmental performance indicator targets.

To be successful in this position you must be able to work comfortably within a busy environment and possess superior communication skills to resolve difficult situations with diplomacy. You will utlilise your technical knowledge to deliver exemplary customer service and to capitalise on upselling opportunities with customers from a service and maintenance perspective. Prior experience in a Service Advisor role with a prestige brand, and a sound knowledge of the Pentana/Reynolds ERA DMS will be viewed upon favourably.
