**Essential skills and expertise**:

- Responsible for smooth operation of the store
- Responsible for staff training on customer service and handling of difficult clients
- Manage store, staff and customers
- Training staff if required to improve customer service
- Set example to service client to motivate staff and clients
- Responsible for customer care policies and procedures
- Responsible for change of policies and developing new ones as per business need
- Arrangement of getting feedback from client to improve services
- Contacting client for their feedback and shopping experience
- Implementation of changes for any good improvement from feedbacks
- Contacting director, other departments or staff for any new policies implementation and feedback.
