**We are currently seeking a Parts Interpreter to join our dynamic and friendly teams at Coffey Ford Dandenong.**

The main focus of this role is to liaise with retail and internal service customers where you will provide product advice, interpret parts from electronic catalogues as well as processing parts orders.

**About the role**:

- Phones and front counter
- Parts interpretation for retail and service customers
- Attend to customers efficiently and courteously
- Handle internal and external business as required

**Do you have?**
- Parts Interpreter experience
- Solid interpretation skills
- ERA (Pentana) **(highly regarded)**:

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and possess good phone manner
- Computer literacy and exposure to the Microsoft suite e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel
- Current driver’s license **(manual transmission)**
