**About the role**

The **Quality Assurance Officer** will perform quality check procedures to ensure that the requirements of the Quality Management System are implemented consistently during the production process. This involves collaboration with packaging teams and other internal stakeholders to support Aruma’s Purpose and Values, thus enhancing the lives of people with a disability, and achieving agreed operational and financial goals.

**Your responsibilities**
- Complete checklists and coordinates quality inspections with team leaders and Supervisor.
- Assists with internal audits, including supplier audits, and updates quality procedures and work instructions to maintain compliance to ISO 13485 standard
- Prepare and produce standard reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
- Maintain supplier quality documentation and assist with supplier review.
- Maintain the equipment calibration and maintenance program.

**About you**
- Experience working within a regulated environment.
- Sound organisational and planning skills, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Sound communication skills (verbal and written).
- A confirmation record of COVID-19 vaccination in accordance with state legislation.
